The Standard guest rooms can be arranged with one double bed or two twin beds upon request. The Niles now has superb Junior Suites designed in a refined Ottoman style with an artist’s touch and finished with high-quality all-natural materials. Each Junior Suite has mahogany floors (heated from beneath in winter), antique-style light fixtures, Iznik-faience trim, hand-painted Ottoman ceiling borders, and luxurious drapes, sheers and light-blocking curtains on the two windows and two balcony doors.There are seven Junior Suites (each with one king size bed and one single bed), one Penthouse Suite (Suite with a balcony and partial sea view) and two Duplex Suites ( Each Duplex Suite has two floors and accommodates four persons).The Niles Junior Suites have recently been featured at Turkeytravelplanner.com. The Duplex Suites are 42 to 47 square meters. ( 452 to 505 square feet).Each duplex suite has two floors. One is at ground level, and the other is below ground. The upper floor has the main bedroom suite and a bathroom.The lower floor, reconstructed by a designer using the building’s original Ottoman – era brickwork, has a glass-enclosed hamam – style Turkish bathroom and a lounge/sitting area.
